Invitations

Invite colleagues to join your workspace and collaborate on projects.

Sending Invitations

Open Workspace Settings

Go to Settings → Members in your workspace.

Click Invite

Click the "Invite Member" button.

Enter Email

Enter the email address of the person to invite.

Select Role

Choose their role: Admin, Member, or Viewer.

Send

Click Send Invitation. They'll receive an email.

Invitation Email

The invitee receives an email with:

  • Your workspace name
  • Their assigned role
  • A link to accept the invitation

Expiration

Invitations expire after 7 days. Send a new one if it expires.

Pending Invitations

View pending invitations in the Members section. You can:

  • See who hasn't accepted yet
  • Resend the invitation
  • Cancel the invitation
